I have a buyer who is buying a house that is an approved short sale in Culpeper, Virginia. That's nothing special right. Well she is the mother a precious little girl that has a handicap. She has a fully approved loan but the bank is refusing to pay her closing cost of $17,000, they agreed to pay her down payment assistance. I have offered the bank 1.5% of my commission but the bank still refuses to pay. Simply put the short sale bank wants this buyer to come up with the money. Come on please help.
